Dear Buyers of Cocoa and chocolate products,

all our products come from private farms in the traditional South Bahia cocoa belt in Brazil, where the cocoa trees are overwhelmingly careful cultivated in their "own environment". This means that these are native and originally grown within the rainforest amongst other local agricultures - mango, coconut, banana, pineapples - this system is called Cabruca. Absolutely natural, no pesticides. Organic, kosher and halal certified.
 
Some of the cocoa trees are over **0 years old, producing high quality and delicious strong flavour gourmet almonds which go thru a thorough  selection then specific fermentation, natural drying industrial milling (for powders) up to manufacturing of speciality products for moulding, coating, forming and decorating.

"All these **0 years of energy" are transformed solely by mechanical means and free from chemicals, preservatives, additional oils, no E-numbers into our products. The full process is made by farmers and food specialists from plantation up to the finished products adding value to a local, sustainable produce and it is environmental friendly.
